Not what I ordered

I ordered or I thought I had ordered the fleece lined beanie and I received the unlined beanie. It’s ok but it’s scratchy.

We would be happy to exchange the Mountaineer Hat for our fleece lined styles. The Back Country beanie is lighter weight with 2' of interior polar fleece liner around the forehead and ears. The Winter Fleece beanie is completely lined on the inside and super warm. When you return the Mountaineer for an exchange, please include a note of the size and color you would like for the exchange. We want you to LOVE your product(s) from us and really enjoy wearing them. If the Mountaineer isn't for you, try something else you prefer in design.

I had high hopes for the alpaca beanie as several reviewers stated how they loved the beanie with no itch. Well- let me state That’s FALSE. The beanie is heavier than alpaca beanies from Peru and they ITCH! A lot. They are also loose fitting. On a positive the beanie is super warm and looks good. I thought they would be more snug. Paid good money for this product. Bummed. I really wanted it to be as advertised.

Awesome hat and socks

Received these items for my winter snow blowing. Tried them on, fit perfect and feel very comfortable, soft, no itch. Now waiting for winter!
