If needed, how do I Return or Exchange Items?
If you are not completely satisfied with your Alpacas of Montana, Inc. purchase, we will gladly accept the return or exchange of unworn, unwashed or defective items, within 30 days of receipt of purchase. Return/Exchange packages must be shipped pre-paid. Holiday and seasonal theme merchandise will be allowed for returns 30 days after the calendar Holiday date (i.e. Christmas merchandise can be returned for entire refund up to 30 days after December 25th).
To return or exchange an item, please ship item(s) with buyer's name, order number and a message requesting a refund, exchange or how you would like us to proceed.

For your security, please return your order with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. Alpacas of Montana, Inc. is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
What if my product becomes damaged?
Manufacturing defects are eligible for exchange within 30 days of receipt. Please include a note detailing the defect. We do not offer a replacement or repair option for normal wear and tear. Please contact us for more information or questions regarding warranty repairs and damages.
If you are exchanging or returning an item because it was received damaged, defective or not the correct item purchased, Alpacas of Montana, Inc. will reimburse the return shipping charges.
