Shipping Info & Returns
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order. Holiday and Seasonal theme merchandise will be allowed for returns 30 days after the calendar Holiday date (i.e. Christmas merchandise can be returned for entire refund up to 30 days after December 25th). Items must be unused & unwashed. Please start your return process through our Return Portal.
- If you purchased Free Returns Insurance at checkout, your return shipping is covered, and no return processing fee will apply.
- If you did not purchase Free Returns Insurance, a $9 return processing fee will be applied
Option 2: Ship Directly to Us
Customers may also ship items back independently. In this case, you are responsible for covering your own return shipping costs.
To process a return or exchange, include your name, order number, and a note specifying whether you would like a refund, store credit, or exchange.

Return in store
You can visit any of our retail stores and present your order confirmation or packing slip as proof of purchase. All items must have the original tags attached.
Refund process
Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Non-Returnable items
Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, final sale, or other reasons. These items will be clearly marked on the product page.
