He loves the hoodie but we were surprised at how the items we bought were just thrown in an oversized box and shipped to us without any inside packaging/wrapping or care taken to secure our purchases.

Thank you for your comments. I am glad you like the hoodie. We do try to minimize extra packaging without plastic bags. We used to wrap items in crepe paper but found that customers would contact us saying that it was a waste and were going to throw it away. Thus, our goal is now to ship a clean, quality product without extra packaging parts. Thank you again and enjoy your day-
