Everything about this is awesome. The big problem is that I can barely get the sweater over my head. It is also too tight around my neck. Way too tight. I do not understand why it is made this way. The hoodie will have to go back.

Thank you for your feedback. Shipping insurance and Return labels are always optional for either or both. By default they pop up so customers know it is an option. However, both can be removed by clicking the X in the upper right corner when checking out, just like you would remove an item from your cart. Many people do not want or need the insurance and remove these options. But, we offer it because once it is sent to the carriers, we do not have any control if the package is lost, damaged or stolen.
I love their products, but shipping lately is awful. I haven't received it and Christmas is only 4 days away.
