I love the products, but paying for free returns upfront is a bad idea. It's not very consumer-friendly. Please make free returns a given for all your transactions.

Thank you for your feedback. Shipping insurance and Return labels are always optional for either or both. By default they pop up so customers know it is an option. However, both can be removed by clicking the blue toggle next to the wording when checking out, just like you would remove an item from your cart. Many people do not want or need the insurance and remove these options. But, we offer it because once it is sent to the carriers, we do not have any control if the package is lost, damaged or stolen.
