Tina - Thank you for your feedback. You did pay for a 'Free returns insurance' with your purchase. You can print off the return label by going to the Return Portal: https://alpacasofmontana.loopreturns.com/.

As stated on our website, there are two options for a return or exchange:

1) If you paid for 'Free returns insurance' with your purchase, you will not have to pay for shipping back to us.
Please initiate your return or exchange using our Return Portal: https://alpacasofmontana.loopreturns.com/. You will be emailed a return label. If you did not pay for the insurance when purchasing your item(s) you will need to pay for shipping and stocking through this portal. We recommend using Option 2 below.

2) Ship item(s) with buyer's name, order number and a message requesting a refund, store credit, exchange or how you would like us to proceed. Item(s) can be shipped USPS, UPS or FedEx.
