A sock bundle made specifically for skiers, this package comes with a pair of both the Alpaca Mid Crew Socks and the Alpaca Ski Socks. The Crew Socks are slightly thinner and have a shorter cut, making them perfect for backcountry touring, Nordic skiing, or spring resort skiing—especially when you’re wearing denim shorts and want some sun on your legs! On the other hand, the Ski Socks are designed for cold days sitting on the chairlift or cutting powder turns, when you just need a little more warmth, as well as arch and ankle support. Together, these socks will cover all your bases, providing ultimate warmth without additional bulk—all thanks to natural, sustainable alpaca fibers.

Features

• Alpaca Dry Fusion Technology®️ ensures breathability and warmth
• Mesh vents wick moisture away from the skin and out of ski boots
• Both socks are woven from our patented, specialty yarn
• Reinforced toes and heels for additional durability
• Padding reduces blisters, foot pain, and pressures
• Secure fit prevents bunching in boots

Why Choose Alpaca Fiber?

Discover the premium qualities that make alpaca the ultimate luxury fiber

Alpaca fiber has unique thermal properties that naturally adapt to your body temperature. The hollow fiber structure creates insulating air pockets that keep you warm when it's cold, while the breathable nature allows heat to escape when it's warm.

Unlike synthetic materials that trap moisture and heat, alpaca fiber wicks away perspiration while maintaining optimal comfort throughout the day.

Alpaca fiber is naturally lanolin-free, making it ideal for people with wool allergies or sensitive skin. The smooth fiber surface reduces irritation and itching that can occur with traditional wool.

The natural antimicrobial properties help resist odors and bacteria, keeping your garments fresh longer while being gentle on even the most delicate skin.

Alpacas have a minimal environmental footprint compared to other fiber-producing animals. They graze gently without damaging root systems, require less water, and produce more fiber per animal than sheep.

Our alpaca products represent a sustainable choice that supports traditional farming communities while providing you with a renewable, biodegradable luxury fiber that lasts for decades.

Alpaca fiber is renowned for its incredible softness and lustrous appearance. The fine diameter of the fibers creates a silky-smooth texture that rivals cashmere, while being significantly more durable.

Unlike other luxury fibers that may pill or lose their shape, alpaca garments maintain their beauty and softness for years, making them a worthwhile investment in your wardrobe.

Have not worn yet

But looks sufficient for alpine (Downhill) skiing based on smart wool ski socks and other alpaca socks I've purchased in the past - though a bit pricey.

My wife loves them. They keep her feet nice and warm. My wife is perpetually cold so that's quite the accomplishment.

Warm & wonderful!

I just received my second pair of ski socks. I ordered this additional pair because the first ones were so comfortable and warm without being bulky. Finally some good ski socks for those of us with a wool allergy! I like these so much that I’m giving away all my other ski socks.

My daughter loves the products

Bought my family the Alpaca socks because my daughter loves the Alpaca items she already had. They all live in the north and are excited about them.
