If needed, how do I Return or Exchange Items?
If you are not completely satisfied with your Alpacas of Montana, Inc. purchase, we will gladly accept the return or exchange of unworn, unwashed, unscented, or defective items, within 30 days of receipt of purchase. Please initiate your return using our Return Portal: https://alpacasofmontana.loopreturns.com/
If you paid for "Free returns insurance" with your purchase, you will not have to pay for shipping through the Portal.
Seasonal theme merchandise will be allowed for returns 30 days after the calendar Holiday date (i.e. Christmas merchandise can be returned for entire refund up to 30 days after December 25th).

For your security, please return your gift with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. Alpacas of Montana, Inc. is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. If you are returning an item because it was received damaged, defective or not the correct item purchased, Alpacas of Montana, Inc. will reimburse the return shipping charges.
