Liability Waiver & Media Release

I, the undersigned, hereby acknowledge to Alpacas of Montana, Inc., and its principals/agents that:

1. I am actively aware of the risks of participating in a class/activity/tour on this farm and understand the safety risks inherent to commingling with livestock, which includes alpacas, llamas, chickens, dogs, and any other animals on Alpacas of Montana’s property or any property adjoining Alpacas of Montana.

2. I assume all foregoing risks of using and entering onto Alpacas of Montana’s property and accept personal responsibility for damages to my person or property from my presence at Alpacas of Montana, including, but not limited to injury, disability, or death.

3. I release, waive, and discharge Alpacas of Montana and all of its principals/agents from any and all liability to me, my heirs, and next of kin for any and all claims, demands, losses, or damages, related to my use of Alpacas of Montana property. I agree to accept full responsibility for any guest(s) (including minors) whom I bring onto Alpacas of Montana’s property and will defend and indemnify Alpacas of Montana against any claim brought by such person(s).

4. I have read the above waiver and release. I understand that I may be giving up substantial legal rights by signing it and signing it voluntarily. I intend this to be a legally binding document.

I hereby grant to Alpacas of Montana all rights and consent to copyright, use, re-use, publish or republish, copy, exhibit or distribute all photographs and/or video of myself to be used for their website and any educational, training or promotional material without restriction as to frequency or duration of usage and without compensation or further explicit permission.
