I got these for my son in law last Christmas, and he very enthusiastically requested them again this year. He loves everything about them. A great gift to give!!

Horrible shipping times

I thought 11 days was enough to get a last minute christmas gift but apparently not. I also run a small business shipping trailer parts nationwide so I know exactly what shipping times have been. Thanks for not getting me your overpriced socks on time I'll never buy from you again. It took 7 days from when the shipping label was created to when it got to a USPS facility.

Thank you for letting us know your order has not arrived.  Your order was placed on the 14th and shipped on the 16th.  It is definitely taking too long, even for standard post mail.  After hours on the phone with USPS, I was told  that all items shipped from Bozeman, MT go to Billings, MT (2.5 hours away) and are distributed there. Even letters sent in Bozeman to a Bozeman address go through Billings, which seems crazy.  At this time, Billings distribution is 8 days behind in processing.  They are also sending all letters and packages to Washington state (Kent and Seattle) as well for distribution.

That said, that is part of the problem with the delay with the USPS system, along with it being the holiday season.

Fortunately, the tracking number states that your order is moving along, just at a slower pace than we would all like.

I am sorry your gift will not be there by Christmas-

Sarah
