They force you to buy 3 single pairs of their Max warmth arctic socks(XL)at a higher cost by saying the 3 pack is “sold out” Also can’t buy more than 3 single pairs so you can’t qualify for free shipping. They also charge $1.86 for “Free Returns” This is the definition of fraudulent business practices.

Really, really like the socks, but first set my daughter bought for me was to small, so returned for exchange. To this date, STILL have not received replacement order. I really think over a month is way too long to receive, especially since I had to give you $9.00 to return & then USPS almost $15.00 to return to yoh in the first place. Will not be ordering again no matter how much I like them.

Barbara - Thank you for your feedback. I looked through the returns personally and did not see your package for an exchange. I did not see that it has arrived at our facility yet. We try to process returns within 3-4 days, but no more than 7 days during the holidays. Have you checked your tracking number.

I am unsure why it costs so much for returning the socks. It should just cost to mail the socks back to us, without a surcharge.

Again, we always appreciate you feedback on how we can improve our company after 20 years of being in business.
