Great cold weather beanie, exactly what I expected

I ordered or I thought I had ordered the fleece lined beanie and I received the unlined beanie. It’s ok but it’s scratchy.

I had high hopes for the alpaca beanie as several reviewers stated how they loved the beanie with no itch. Well- let me state That’s FALSE. The beanie is heavier than alpaca beanies from Peru and they ITCH! A lot. They are also loose fitting. On a positive the beanie is super warm and looks good. I thought they would be more snug. Paid good money for this product. Bummed. I really wanted it to be as advertised.

Received these items for my winter snow blowing. Tried them on, fit perfect and feel very comfortable, soft, no itch. Now waiting for winter!

Bought a gray one and a blue one. Gray is soft, stretchy, not too tight knitted, full fitting (Round) and darker in color than the website. Blue is tight around the rim, tight knitted with very little give, a bit more course in texture, less stretchy but a really nice color. The blue one seems less fitted though, that the gray one. Not happy with the way it fits on my head. Like it was intended to be a slouch cap but doesn't quite have enough material to make the grade (stubby). Won't know how warm they are until October/November. I'm thinking the grey one will not be warm at all based on the looseness of the weave.
