Disappointed in Alpacas from Montana

I spent over 300 & paid an extra 15.00 insure I received my package on time. I called in to check on my package. I received an apology and reassurance that a 2nd package would immediately be sent to my son in Alaska. 1st package was 5 days late 2nd was never sent.

Thank you for your feedback. You actually paid for USPS Priority 2-3 day delivery (1.03 lb: Items 1.03 lb, Package 0.0 lb). And, the package was shipped from our facility within 24 hours. Unfortunately, we do not have any control over USPS actually delivery time, but they do guarantee to deliver within 3 days. For some reason yours took 5 days to get to Alaska. You certainly have a situation for a claim with USPS. You can file it on our website. When we spoke, you said the package was never shipped, so I said that it would sent to you. Once we found that the package had been shipped, there was no reason to send another shipment. Again, I would speak with USPS in order to file your claim. Thank you. Sarah
