Withstands extreme wind

I live, work, and play in the mountains of Western Colorado. We can get howling winter winds that blow my hats off of my head. My old hats provided insufficient coverage for my ears. Their chin straps keep my hat from blowing into the canyon, but not on my head. This alpaca hat stays on my head during extreme wind and keeps my head and ears remarkably warm.

Whether you’re hitting the trails, the slopes, or the town, our Extreme Warmth WindStopper Hat is the warmest hat you will ever wear—guaranteed. Built to keeping you cozy and warm when the temperatures drop, these hats are great for men and women who like to get after it in the colder months. They’re double layered and fully lined with PolarTec Fleece to block the wind; and have cozy ear flaps that can flip up and out of the way. Finally, a small brim protects your eyes from the sun without interfering with peripheral vision, and a protective neck cape guards the sides of your head, ears, and neck from the elements. Available in four colors, including blaze orange specifically for hunters.
