I have probably purchased four or five different sock pairs because I have small feet and they never fit correctly. The Alpaca dress socks do both, fit correctly and are warm.

Nice socks. We thought they where 100% Alpaca

Thank you for your feedback. No, none of our socks are 100% alpaca wool. We found that they become too loose around the foot and ankle as well as are not machine washable. We used to have socks up to 75% alpaca, but they would shrink and felt too much. After 15 years of making alpaca socks, we found there is a balance between 37%-58% (depending on the sock) where they are warm, wicking, high functioning, durable and machine washable.

The socks are very nice and I have no problem with them other than they weren't what the recipient wanted. When I tried to return them for a refund I found out there was a $9.00 handling fee which I think is quite high on a $21.00 pair of socks. That on top of shipping, which I expected to pay, made it not worthwhile to return them. I hope to find someone who can use them but I would hesitate to purchase anything else from you unless I was absolutely sure I wouldn't have to return them. Again I have no problem with the socks. They are a good quality and feel like they would be very cozy.
