Quality is great. Shipping very slow. Sizes run quite small.

Item didn't ship for 9 days, but I was told it was In Stock and in the warehouse when I made the order. Shirt was lovely but at least a full size smaller than the sizing chart predicted. We had to send it back. Still waiting for reimbursement though tracking number shows it was delivered last week.

We did try to make up for the time difference by shipping all the pre-orders 2nd day UPS so they arrived as quickly as possible. Our goal is to process and refund all exchanges and returns within 7 days. However, with the holidays it may take a little longer. Thank you again and enjoy the new year.
