Alpaca Yarn | Sport Weight

Superfine and soft to the touch, this luxurious 100% Baby Alpaca grade yarn is available in many colors and is used around the world. Alpaca fleece won’t mat or pill, and it’s naturally hypoallergenic to keep sensitive skin happy. It contains no lanolin (an oil found in other yarns), and has hollow-core fibers which trap air, giving it four times the warmth of wool yarn. Available in 26 colors, there’s something for every craft project. One skein of our Sport Yarn has an average weight of 50 grams (1.7 oz).
