Terrible shipping experience

No rating of product due to the shipping... so disappointed that I can't give this gift for Christmas!

Thank you for letting us know your order has not arrived. Your order was shipped on the 11th and shipped on the 14th and it is definitely taking a long time. I found out today that all items shipped from Bozeman, MT go to Billings, MT (2.5 hours away) and are distributed there. Even letters sent in Bozeman to a Bozeman address go through Billings, which seems crazy. At this time, Billings distribution is 8 days behind in processing. They are also sending all letters and packages to Washington state (Kent and Seattle) as well for distribution.

That said, that is part of the problem with the delay with the USPS system as well as it being the holiday season.

Fortunately, the tracking number states that your order is moving along, just at a slower pace than we would all like.
