Customer service, Sarah, was so helpful. I thought I was getting a shipping discount by highlighting "pick up", but I was mistaken. When I emailed to find out why I hadn't received my package, she let me know that my order was ready & they were expecting me to pick it up in Montana, I live in NC. MY BAD! Sarah responded quickly & I received it within a couple days. Thanks Sarah!
