Disappointed

I measured my head for the hat and ordered my size, it was too small. I also ordered the scarf and it was very loosely woven and probably won’t be that warm. Unfortunately they do not make it easy to return products, no printed labels or other info about returns on their website. I’ll probably not bother returning and likely not buy from them again!😔

Yes, the scarf you ordered is hand knit, so a looser design than those tightly woven on a machine. You are welcome to return / exchange that as well if it does not not for you.

Beautiful scarf!

I have eyed this beautiful scarf for quite a while. I finally bought it and am so happy to have it around my neck now! It's truly beautiful! The colors are rich (I bought the red and black version), softness is luxurious and the quality of workmanship is superb. I love that it is hand-knit by a local knitter too. Highly recommended!

so disappointed

I had been contemplating this purchase for over a year because of cost, but decided to order this year. I was shocked and disappointed by the sparse yarn and gaps, like swiss cheese.
