I bought two versions of the snowflake hats, one for my wife and the other for myself, and each is extremely nice in its quality, color, softness and warmth. The hats stretch and cover our ears against the wind and cold -- very comfortable to wear. We recommend the hats as an excellent purchase.
it’s warm fuzzy and horse approved also! They find it irresistible and will pluck it off my head if I stop scratching their ears they may want one for themselves
I love the pic! Thank you so much for posting it- Sarah
quality woven with love from the big sky country! I’m a regular guy 7-1/2”head who recently discovered the insulating properties of alpaca. This hat covers my ear lobes with 2 layers of soft warmth. I usually wear a hoodie if it’s really windy i’ll flip it up while doing chores outside when well below zero i’ll wear my alpaca hat underneath my leather trapper hat sealing out any breeze. I plan on buying my wife one of her own instead of stealing mine
The hat is beautiful, stretchy, works over my largish head, and non-itchy.
Unfortunately, the loose weave that makes it stretchy, also makes it a little more porous, which means that it doesn't block the wind well. If it's windy, which it often is when it's the coldest here in VT, I can wear it under my hood, but that limits my options.
I will wear the hat, for sure, but may need to wear something else either over or under it to block the wind.
