Ibought three different pairs of women’s socks - from heavy duty to lightweight. They are as good as can be: both comfortable and attractive. I’m glad I found these guys!
Your alpaca socks were the perfect thank you gift for relatives in Alaska. It was nice to give a well made product that is both comfortable and durable. I will certainly purchase more.
I bought these socks last winter and love them. They are soft, wear well and keep my feet warm in the winter. I was surprised when summer came that they also kept my feet cool, so I kept wearing them throughout the seasons. They are great for everyday wear. I have some Reynaud and these really keep me comfortable. I highly recommend them and just bought some more so I have a weeks worth.
I've purchased Alpaca socks before and was expecting a sock similar in thickness. The three pair I purchased were a bit thinner than what I'm accustomed to and quite frankly thinner than I needed. I anticipated the sock to be more of a cushion in my hiking boot. Live and learn.
Thank you for your feed back. Correct, the Adventure socks are our mid-weight hiking socks, not a heavier style. According to our records, these are the first socks you purchased from us. Our thicker outdoor / hiking / winter walking socks are our Extra Cushion Boot socks which are substantially thicker than the Adventure socks. But, with alpaca, the content, spin and design of each product matters. We guaranteed wicking, breathability and dryness of your feet because of how we create our own socks. But I agree, the Adventure socks are not a thick sock as compared to some of our others (Arctic and Extra Cushion). Thank you again for your feedback. Sarah
If you’re looking for thin socks these aren’t them. Very well made but thick and pricey.
